Shipping

  1. Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rate is calculated automatically for addresses within Malaysia.

For non-Malaysian addresses, please get in touch with us so that we can work out the best shipping rate for you. 

 

  1. When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business working days. After which, the delivery timeline depends on the courier company that we have engaged. Generally, 2-3 days for Peninsula Malaysia, 2-6 days for East Malaysia and 6-14 days for outside Malaysia. 

 

  1. What are your delivery charges?
Purchases above RM300 = Free shipping; Purchases below RM300 = RM10 Flat rate
  1. Do you offer self-pick up option?

Yes, if it’s more convenient for you. Do get in touch with us for pick-up arrangements.

 

  1. I have an urgent order, what do I do?

Get in touch with us before you make an order. We will try out best to accommodate to send your parcel out as soon as possible.

 

Return & Refund

  1. I change my mind about my purchase, how do I get a refund?

We are happy to provide full refund of the item if you have decided to return the item to us within 7 days of the invoice date, subjected to condition fulfilled in Return & Refund section Point 2 and Point 5.

 

  1. What is your refund policy?

Items are examined thoroughly before we hand-packed the order. Items damaged during the process of delivery are not covered for returns. We cover refunds for incorrect item delivered or manufacturer’s defects.  All items intended for refund must be in its original packaging condition, unused and have not been assembled prior. We are unable to process a refund if the items are found to be damaged, ripped, or stained. Once we received the returned item, please allow for 5 business working days to process for refund. 

 

  1. How do I request for refund due to manufacturer’s defects?

Proof of purchase and pictures must be submitted to Petite Wise for verification. 

 

  1. Are there any charges/fees when I submit for refund?

All delivery charges and shipping fees to Petite Wise will be borne by the customer.

 

  1. I bought the items during sale, can I still get a refund?

All items sold at discounted price and during sale are not eligible for refunds.

 

Listed items

  1. I can’t find an item on the website under a specific brand and I wish to purchase the item, what do I do?

Just let us know the item you have in mind and we may able to list them up for you for the next restock.

 

  1. Some items are out of stock, when is restock?

Get in touch with us to find out about the restock dates.

 

  1. May I pre-order a certain item?

We do not take pre-orders at the moment.

 

  1. May I reserve a certain item with some deposit?

Unfortunately we cannot offer any reservations for any item.
